India was very responsive and accommodating. My daughter was very pleased to see the gift basket that she left for her with goodies to use in her next life chapter at USF. Having the big desk available was nice as I work from home and my set up includes a laptop and two huge monitors. It had everything we needed and then some. I would definitely use this place again.

This was probably one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had, as it was centrally located & easy to drive to Busch Gardens. The neighborhood had sidewalks, so when I took a morning walk, I found the USF campus was right across the street. So if you want to check out the campus, it’s really close. We loved the unit, I spent time reading and relaxing on the screened porch, and my son loved the swimming pool. He also liked having his own room with a TV. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a charcoal grill outside if you want to grill out. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit instead of going to a laundromat. It is a wonderful place to stay.

If you want a quiet place outside of downtown but only 20mins away from the action then stay here. it was great, peaceful and CLEAN!! Lots of space, and beds were so comfortable I had a great time! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay over Easter weekend. This is a lovely 2bed/2bath in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and even comes stocked with plenty of coffee. The bed mattress may feel firm to some initially but once I laid down I found it to be incredibly supportive and comfortable whether laying on side or back. I slept very well. Now the real selling point is the host, India. She sent all the information needed prior to our arrival and responded quickly to messages. She found out we were coming into town for a family reunion and surprised us with a few very thoughtful gifts for our family such as Easter candy for the kids and a reunion themed banner which became the backdrop of our family’s photo album table at the reunion gathering on Easter Sunday. I found India to be genuinely caring and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have the best possible experience. I would definitely stay here again or any property that India hosts.

Went to bake and decorate a wedding cake so I needed the kitchen and space. This filled both requirements. Also had our dog with us and this was perfect for him. The area was nice despite recent flooding from hurricane Milton. The landscaping in the development was awesome. We would stay there again.

So happy to have chosen India and her home to stay with. Due to our late arrival it was dark at arrival but the instructions were great and had no problems with entry. Special items India set out for us like makeup remover pads and a goody in the frig to brought us big smiles in a stressful hurricane time. The area was pretty and nice for our pet. The neighbors were one of the best parts of the stay. The neighbors were warm and very helpful. When the trash receptacle blew into the street, they brought it in, and let us know what happened. The home has a wonderful split bedroom layout with a welcoming kitchen and HUGE living area to have family time. Would absolutely go again and will work with India again if the need comes again.

Neat and comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood close to all we needed; we would walk to a great little coffee shop for pastries in the morning. My kids loved the small pool and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful Airbnb to stay for a vacation or a business trip! I'd recommend this place and location to anybody. India was very helpful and answered any questions we had in mins! Best Bnb I've stayed at, very clean and kept up with and i got to mention the towels! They smelt very clean lol couldn't of asked for a better stay. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!!!

As always India was super quick to respond as I had asked if for some reason it was available earlier to please let me know, she never didn’t have an answer immediately and I will choose to stay there every time because it feels like home.
