We had a wonderful stay over Easter weekend. This is a lovely 2bed/2bath in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and even comes stocked with plenty of coffee. The bed mattress may feel firm to some initially but once I laid down I found it to be incredibly supportive and comfortable whether laying on side or back. I slept very well. Now the real selling point is the host, India. She sent all the information needed prior to our arrival and responded quickly to messages. She found out we were coming into town for a family reunion and surprised us with a few very thoughtful gifts for our family such as Easter candy for the kids and a reunion themed banner which became the backdrop of our family’s photo album table at the reunion gathering on Easter Sunday. I found India to be genuinely caring and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have the best possible experience. I would definitely stay here again or any property that India hosts.

Went to bake and decorate a wedding cake so I needed the kitchen and space. This filled both requirements. Also had our dog with us and this was perfect for him. The area was nice despite recent flooding from hurricane Milton. The landscaping in the development was awesome. We would stay there again.

So happy to have chosen India and her home to stay with. Due to our late arrival it was dark at arrival but the instructions were great and had no problems with entry. Special items India set out for us like makeup remover pads and a goody in the frig to brought us big smiles in a stressful hurricane time. The area was pretty and nice for our pet. The neighbors were one of the best parts of the stay. The neighbors were warm and very helpful. When the trash receptacle blew into the street, they brought it in, and let us know what happened. The home has a wonderful split bedroom layout with a welcoming kitchen and HUGE living area to have family time. Would absolutely go again and will work with India again if the need comes again.

As always India was super quick to respond as I had asked if for some reason it was available earlier to please let me know, she never didn’t have an answer immediately and I will choose to stay there every time because it feels like home.

This accommodation actually looks in better in person! Spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom, single-story townhouse with enormous living room. There is a screened-in patio with grill. Kitchen appliances are new and clean. This is a great place to spend several days or longer. Two improvements to consider, one minor, one major: the storm door pneumatic closer needs to be replaced; and all three mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable.

Loved staying here ! It was super close to the festival we were attending. Cleanly, spacious place. Dog friendly was an amazing plus ! India was a fantastic host. 10/10 would stay here again !

What a lovely retreat! A very peaceful and cozy abode nestled in nature, away from the hustle and bustle. Also very spacious and the backyard patio is a delight for dining alfresco and hanging out with family and friends. The host is very accommodating, friendly and responsive.

Four of us were in town for a wedding. The location was convenient and easy to find and the duplex was spacious and spotless. India was friendly and easy to communicate with. She readily provided information about local golf opportunities when we asked. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for outdoor activities. If back in the area we would definitely stay here again. We found a gem of a local home-cooking cafe with some dishes having a Cajun flair right down the street when we left this morning. It was delicious, quaint, family owned and operated, and seemed to be the hotspot with all of the locals. My breakfast skillet was amazing…the best I’ve ever had. They had a really cute covered outdoor dining area too. Check out Southern Harmony Cafe when you enjoy India’s accommodations.

This home was very clean, and welcoming. We found everything that we needed and more. India was very responsive and answered any of the questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Thank you very much i highly recommend this place for your next stay.
